- The general principle of KUHP is that a criminal action can be done merely by human being (naturlijk person), and there is no crime without fault, as well as the excuse and justification reasons. In relation to the criminal responsibility, the main principle applied is that there is a fault schuld within the criminal. In the further development, there is a shift of criminal responsibility, not only subjected to the individual, but to the coorporation as well. Key words : Coorporation, Fault, Criminal Responsibility
