- In the execution of a contract of damages and compensation issue was something that is very natural, as well as for the Contract Construction services specifically for infrastructure projects. Where is for the infrastructure projects is much influenced some things that have a low level of certainty, among other things: the weather factors, design factors and the factor of land acquisition. As a result of low certainty factors are often incurred damages and compensation from both parties, both from the User or owner and servicer or contractactor. Constraints that happens is for damages and compensation are often not accommodated in a contract, whereas in the law on the Construction Service Act of Republic Indonesia No. 18 in 1999 and in the Government Regulation no. 29 in 2000 issue of compensation and compensation has been set even though the settings are not set in detail. This requires awareness of all the parties associated with Construction Services to be able to socialize the matter of Damages and Compensation issues, that can be accepted by the entire community of Construction Services. Well as to formulate ways of calculation or computation procedures demand redress and compensation that can be applied in a particular project construction services for infrastructure projects, it has been exemplified in the calculation of price adjustment which has had its own ways of calculation, so the demand for compensation can be implemented without any problems that arise on the other day and can be understood by all parties concerned Construction Services.
