- Two main legal issua under study is about awangementj the responsibility of local gawnments in preserving the house with the traditional architecture of Bali as Bali? tourism assets and coordination awangements of control requirements traditional Balinese architecture in buildings by the governor with the regent / mayor. Research wing primary and secondary legal material, collected by the documentation technic and in-depth interviews. Governor of Bali Province coordinate with the Regents and Alayws to control ofthe implementation of traditional Balineserchitecture in order to prerem traditional Balinese house. Regional Regulation Number 5 year 2005 requires the regencies and municipalities governments to establish regulations regarding architectural requirements of buildings and seek commr~nity participation in implementing the requirements of building architecture. However, this regulation is ineffective because implementing regulations have not been established and the entire regencies and municipalities regulations do not establish that regional regulation. Hence the whole authorilies of regencies and municipalities should immediately composingthat regulations. Bali Provincial Gawnment to immediately establish the implementing regulations concerning the appearance of buildings and traditional Balinese architecture, so there IJ guarantee of legal certainty for traditional Balinese architecture preserving on any home (building) construction.
