- Refugee problem has become an international issue that must be handled properly. International community's commitment to oppose all forms of human rights violations, whether it was genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and so on, which creates refugees. In the form of handling those issues related to the refugees issues, the international community's commitment should sign and ratify the convention and protocol of the United Nations concerning the status of refugees (Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees 1967) by several countries in Geneva, Switzerland.
