- AbstrakPencapaian ketuntasan klasikal dalam hasil belajar sulit dicapai. Kenyataanyang dihadapi di lapangan terkait dengan kemampuan kemandirian siswa SMK padaumumnya mengalami kesulitan untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang mandiri dan hal inimemicu terjadinya penurunan semangat belajar siswa dan sifat karakter seorang siswaSMK, sehingga pembelajaran dalam bentuk metode ceramah saja tidak cukup untukmembentuk karakter siswa. Salah satu peluang untuk memberikan pengalaman kepadasiswa dalam pembentukan karakter adalah dengan menggunakan metode resitasimandiri yang dianalisis berbasis karakter. Dengan penrapan metode tersebut bertujuanuntuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metoderesitasi yang dianalisis. Pada siklus pnelitian tindakan kelas masing-masing siklusberisikan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk subyek penelitian ini adalahSiswa kelas XI TKR II SMK PGRI I Sidoarjo pada standar kompetensi Overhoulsistem pendingin, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pengamatan dan tesresitasi yang dianalisis. Hasil belajar siswa dapat tercapai jika siswa dapat mencapaiketuntasan ≥ 80% dalam belajar pada setiap tujuan pembelajaran.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan pengajar dalam menyiapkanRPP dan Skenario siklus I dan siklus II mencapai hasil rata-rata 77,7% tergolong baik,kemampuan pengajar dalam menerapkan RPP dan Skenario siklus I dan siklus IImencapai hasil rata-rata 77% tergolong kriteria baik, aktivitas siswa siklus I danSiklus II mencapai hasil rata-rata 77,8% tergolong kriteria baik, dan rspon siswamencapai 85,2% tergolong kriteria sangat baik, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa sebelumdilakukan penerapan metode jumlah siswa 49 siswa, jumlah siswa yang tuntas adasebanyak 36 siswa dengan persentase 73,3%. Setelah dilakukan penerapan hasilpenelitian pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas ada sebanyak 38 siswa dengan persentase76%, dan hasil penelitian pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 41 siswa denganpersentase 85,4%.Kata Kunci : Metode Resitasi Mandiri, Hasil Belajar SiswaAbstractAchievement in classical completeness difficult to achieve learning outcomes.Realities encountered in the field associated with independent ability students of SMKgenerally have difficulty to achieve the learning outcomes wich independent and thisis triggering decrease students' enthusiasm for learning and the caracter a student ofSMK, So that learning in the form of lecture methods not enough to form the characterof students One of the opportunities to provide experience to students in the formationof character is by using the method of character basic recitation independent ofanalyzed. With the application of these methods aim to improve student achievement.This research is action research PTK with the method of character basicrecitation independent of analyzed on each classroom action research cycle - eachcycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection.This study used adescriptive qualitative. For an object of this research is the grade XI TKR II SMKPGRI I Sidoarjo on standard of competence overhaul cooling system with a researchinstrument in the form of sheets of observations and recitation tests were analyzed..Student learning outcomes can be achieved if students can achieve mastery ≥ 80% inlearning on each learning objective.The results showed that the ability of teachers to RPP prepare and scenarioscycle I and cycle II achieved an average yield of 77.7% classified as good, the abilityof teachers to implement the RPP and Scenarios cycle I and cycle II achieved anaverage yield of 77% considered good criteria , student activity cycle I and cycle IIachieved an average yield of 77.8% classified as good criteria, and to response ofstudents achieved 85.2% the criteria very well classified, while the learningoutcomes of students prior to the implementation of the method the number of students49 students, the number of students who there are a total of 36 students completed thepercentage of 73.3%. After the application of research results in the first cycle ofstudents who pass as many as 38 students with a percentage of 76%, and the results ofresearch on the second cycle students who pass as many as 41 students with apercentage of 85.4%.Keywords: Independent recitation Metthod, Student Learning Outcomes
