- Entrepreneurship is one of the decisive support reciprocation of the economy, because the field of entrepreneurship and have the freedom to work independently. Entrepreneur is able to create new jobs in order to be able to absorb labor. There are several factors that attract young people to entrepreneurship, ie internal factors and internal factors. Seeing this phenomenon researchers interested in conducting research entitled Effect of Internal and External Factors to the Interests of Youth for Entrepreneurship in Rural Sub Ngadi Mojo Kediri. The results showed that simultaneous internal factors and external factors significantly influence interest in youth to entrepreneurship.
