ANALISIS DESKRIPTIF DISPOSISI BERPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIS SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SOCRATES KONTEKSTUAL

  • This naturalistic qualitative research aimed to describe student’s mathematical critical thinking disposition in Socrates Contextual learning. The subjects of this research were students of VII B class of SMP Al Kautsar Bandarlampung in academic year of 2014/2015. The subjects of this research were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data of student’s mathematical critical thinking disposition were obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaire, and interviews. Before analyzing the data, the researcher did the triangulation of data sources. The data analysis technique of this research used three stages, that were reducting, displaying, and getting conclusion of data. Based on this research, it was concluded that the mathematical critical thinking disposition indicator which appeared dominantly in Socrates Contextual learning was critical thinking of self-confidence.Penelitian kualitatif naturalistik ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan disposisi berpikir kritis matematis siswa dalam pembelajaran Socrates Kontekstual. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B SMP Al Kautsar Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data kualitatif disposisi berpikir kritis matematis siswa diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, angket, dan wawancara. Sebelum menganalisis data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini melalui 3 tahap yaitu reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan simpulan terhadap data. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa indikator disposisi berpikir kritis matematis yang dominan muncul pada Pembelajaran Socrates Kontekstual adalah kepercayaan diri dalam berpikir kritis.Kata kunci: berpikir kritis matematis, disposisi, Socrates kontekstual
