- Development of Teaching Material Based Alqurun Teaching Model (ATM) to Improve Ability to Understand Mathematical Concept and Beliefs of Students. This study aimed to develop teaching materials based on ATM and test the effectiveness of teaching materials that improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts and beliefs of students. The research design of development follows Akker flow through preliminary stage and formative evaluation stage. The subject of this research is the seventh grade students of SMPN 1 Metro Lampung. The research data was obtained by the ability test of mathematical concept and student beliefs questionnaire. The result of the research is the ability of understanding mathematical concepts and beliefs of students eksperimen class is higher than control class. The conclusion of this research that the teaching materials meet the valid criteria and the development of teaching materials based on ATM effectively improve the ability of understanding mathematical concepts. However, the development of teaching materials based on ATMs is less effective to improve student beliefs.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis ATM dan menguji efektivitas bahan ajar yang meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan beliefs siswa. Desain penelitian pengembangan mengikuti alur Akker melalui tahap preliminary dan tahap formative evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 7 SMPN 1 Metro Lampung. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan tes kemampuan konsep matematika dan angket beliefs siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan belief siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu bahan ajar memenuhi kriteria valid dan pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis ATM efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis. Namun, pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis ATM kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan beliefs siswa. pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis ATM kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan beliefs siswa.Kata kunci: Alqurun Teaching Model (ATM), pemahaman konsep matematis, beliefs siswa.
