Efektivitas LKS Berbasis Multipel Representasi dalam Meningkatkan Penguasaan Konsep Materi Larutan Elektrolit-Non Elektrolit

  • This research was aimed to describe the effectiveness of students worksheets in improving concept mastery on electrolyte/non electrolyte topic. This research used quasi experimental method with Non Equivalent (pretest-posttest) Control Group Design. The Population in this research were students of class X MIA A and X MIA B at MA Al-Fatah Natar for 2017-2018 academic years. The sample in this research were students of class X MIA A and X MIA B that was taken by total sampling technique. The instruments in this research were students worksheets based on multiple representation and conventional, pretest-postest questions, and activity assessment sheets and teachers skills in managing learning. n-Gain test were used as data analysis technique. The results showed that any different between experiment class and control class. Based on them, student worksheet based on multiple representation was effective to increase concept mastery on electrolyte/ non electrolyte topic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas LKS berbasis multipel representasi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan Non Eqiuvalent (pretest-posttest) Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA A dan X MIA B di MA Al-Fatah Natar tahun pelajaran 2017-2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA A dan X MIA B yang diperoleh melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah LKS berbasis multipel representasi dan konvensional, soal pretes-postes, serta lembar penilaian aktivitas siswa dan lmbar penilaian kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji n-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata n-Gain antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol Berdasarkan hal tersebut, LKS berbasis multipel representasi efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit.Kata kunci: elektrolit non elektrolit, LKS, multipel representasi, penguasaan konsep
