- The investigation about the effects of insecticide Applaud 10 WP on the growth of Toad (Bufo Sp) embryo has been carried out. The aim of this experiment was to determinate whether Insecticide Applaud 10 WP could interfere growth of Toad (Bufo Sp) Embryo and to determine concentration of Applaud 10 WP was begin interfered the growth of Toad (Bufo Sp) Embryo. The concentration Applaud 10 WP admistrated on neural phase of Tood (Bufo Sp). Embryo are 0; 250; 375 and 500 ppm. The total embryo admistrated in each concentration are 60. The indicator of growth are difference beetwen the long end (the right gill phase begin closed) and long first (the hatching embryo phase). The result of the experiment showed that at concentration 250 ppm, the long of larva begin to drecrease and to be different clearly with control (LSD 0,05). The more high of Applaud concentration, the long of larva to be decrease. It could be concluded that Applaud 10 WP was interfe the growth of the Toad (Bufo Sp) Embryo. The concentration 250 ppm begin to disturb the growth of the Toad (Bufo Sp) Embryo
