DETERMINASI KONSEP DIRI, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SD SE-KECAMATAN BULELENG

- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA, dan besarnya kontribusi secara bersama-sama antara konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi, dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex-post facto. Data penelitian ini menyangkut empat variabel. Variabel bebas pertama ialah konsep diri (X1), variabel kedua motivasi berprestasi (X2), variabel bebas ketiga ialah disiplin belajar (X3), dan variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar IPA (Y). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan tes hasil belajar IPA. Hasil analis temuan penelitian menemukan bahwa, 1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri dengan hasil belajar IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 21% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 30.156%; 2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 19% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29.185%; 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 13% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 23,188%; 4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 24%. Berdasarkan temua itu, maka dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah dasar perlu memperhatikan ketiga variabel tersebut. Kata Kunci : Konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan hasil belajar IPA This observation aims at knowing the amount of self concept contribution, achievement motivation, discipline of learning upon the science learning result, and the amount of the contribution between self concept, achievement, and the science learning result on the fifth grade students of elementary school of all Buleleng sub districts. The design of this observation uses quantitative observation design with ex-post facto approach. This observation data involves four variables. The first free variable is self concept (X1), the second free variable is achievement motivation (X2), the third free variable is discipline of learning (X3) and bound variable is science learning result (Y). The instruments used in collecting data are questionnaire and the science evaluation test. The analytic result of this observation shows that 1) there is a positive and significant correlation between the self concept and the science learning result with the contribution of 21% and effectiveness of 30.156% 2) there is a positive and significant correlation between achievement motivation upon the science learning result with the contribution of 19% and effectiveness of 29.185% 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between discipline of learning upon the science learning result with the contribution of 13% and effectiveness of 23.188% 4) there is a positive and significant correlation between self concept, achievement motivation, and discipline of learning, upon the science learning result with the contribution of 24%. Based on the observation result, thus in the science study in elementary school needs to consider the three variables.keyword : self concept, achievement motivation, discipline of learning and the science learning result
