KONTRIBUSI DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU-GURU SD

  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel dan populasi 63 orang yang diambil secara sensus. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,511 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 17,2%, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,325 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 12,7%, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,551 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 15,3%, 4) secara bersama-sama antara disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,673 dan kontribusinya sebesar 45,2% terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada.Kata Kunci : disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru This research aims to find out the contribution of working discipline, working motivation and the teachers’ perception on the leadership style of the school principle on the teachers’ working style in Gugus I, Sukasada District. The design of the research was ex-post facto with 63 students as the sample and population. The research instrument was questionnaire. Then the data obtained was analyzed by using Multiple Regression. The result of the study showed that: First, there was a significant contribution between the working discipline with the working style of the elementary school’ s teachers with the coefficient 0.525 and the effectiveness was 17,2 %. Second, there was a significant contribution between the working motivation with the working style of the elementary school’s teachers with the coefficient 0,325 and the effectiveness 12, 7%. Third, there was a significant contribution between the teachers’ perception on the leadership style of the sschool principle with the working style of the elementary school’s teachers, the coefficient correlation was 0,551 and the effectiveness was 15,3 %. Fourth, There was significant contribution between all variable (working discipline, working motivation and teachers’perception) with the coeficient corelation 0,673 and the contribution; 45,2 % on the working style of the elementary school’s teachers in Gugus I, Sukasada District.keyword : working discipline, working motivation, teachers’ perception on the leadership style of the school principle
