DETERMINASI LINGKUNGAN KERJA, IKLIM ORGANISASI, DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU-GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI GUGUS VI KECAMATAN GEROKGAK

  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di gugus VI Kecamatan Gerokgak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 55 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan lembar observasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru-guru SD di gugus VI Kecamatan Gerokgak dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,618 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 15% (2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru-guru SD di gugus VI Kecamatan Gerokgak dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,663 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 26%, (3) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru-guru SD di gugus VI Kecamatan Gerokgak dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,704 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 27%, (4) Secara bersama sama, terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi, dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru-guru SD di gugus VI Kecamatan Gerokgak dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,825 dan kontribusinya sebesar 68% terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di gugus VI Kecamatan Gerokgak.Kata Kunci : lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar This study was aimed at investigating the determination of working environment, Organizational climate and achievement motivation toward the elementary school teachers’ teaching performance at the sixth group of elementary school (Gugus) in Gerokgak District. The design of this research was “ex- post – facto. The sample of the study was 55 teachers. The instruments in this study were questionnaire and observation sheet, and the obtained data were analyzed using simple regression, partial correlation and multiple correlations. The result of this study shows: (1) there was a significant determination of working environment toward the elementary school teachers teaching performance at the sixth group of elementary school ( Gugus) in Gerokgak District with the coefficient correlation was 0,618 and the effectiveness was 15% ( 2) There was a significant determination of organizational climate toward elementary school teachers teaching style at the sixth group of elementary school (Gugus) in Gerokgak District with the correlation was 0,663 and the effectiveness was 26%, (3) There was a significant determination of achievement motivation toward elementary school teachers teaching performance at the sixth group of elementary school (gugus) in Gerokgak District with the coefficient correlation was 0,704 and the effectiveness was 27%,( 4) Simultaneously, there was a significant determination between working environment, organizational climate, and achievement motivation toward elementary school teachers’ teaching performance at the sixth group of elementary school ( Gugus) in Gerokgak District with the coefficient correlation was 0,825 and the contribution was 68% toward Elementary school teachers teaching performance at the sixth group of elementary school ( Gugus ) in Gerokgak District.keyword : working environment, organizational climate, achievement motivation, elementary school teachers teaching performance
