- ABSTRAK Kata Kunci: Delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan profil PKBM Widya Sentana. Profil PKBM Widya Sentana didasarkan pada delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, pencatatan dokumen dan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif interpretative dengan teknik triangulasi. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif dengan informan diambil dari Pengelola, Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Badung, Kepala UPT Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Tutor PKBM Widya Sentana, Warga Belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut; 1) standar isi PKBM Widya Sentana menerapkan kurikulum KTSP, 2) standar proses PKBM Widya Sentana menerapkan metode pembelajarandengan mengimplementasikan pendidikan kecakapan hidup untuk memotivasi siswa agar aktif dan interaktif 3) standar kompetensi lulusan digunakan sebagai pedoman penilaian, 4) standar pendidik dan kependidikan PKBM Widya Sentana untuk program kesetaraan telah memenuhi kualifikasi yang dipersyaratkan, namun untuk tutor pendidik anak usia dini masih perlu ditingkatkan kualifikasi pendidikannya, 5) standar sarana dan prasarana PKBM Widya Sentana masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi standar yang dipersyaratkan, 6) standar pengelolaan PKBM Widya Sentana dilaksanakan secara efektif, efesien dan akuntabel, 7) standar pembiayaan PKBM Widya sentana diperoleh dari; APBN, APBD, Swadaya, Prakoperasi Widya Sentana, dan bantuan dari usaha mitra PKBM 8) standar penilaian pendidikan Penilaian hasil belajar dilakukan melalui ujian lokal dan ujian Nasional. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa profil pengelolaan pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat (PKBM) di PKBM Widya Sentana telah melaksanakan delapan standar nasional pendidikan, dalam upaya mencapai pengelolaan PKBM yang lebih optimal. ABSTRACT The study aimed at describing the profile of Community Learning Activity Centre, which was conducted based on the eight Educational National Standards. The data were obtained by using interview, observation, document recording and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed based on descriptive interpretation using triangulation technique. This study belonged to a descriptive one involving informants taken from the management, the head section of out of school education the Educational office, Youth and Sport at Northern Kuta District, Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana tutors, study members. The result of the study showed some points, like (1) in term of content standard Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana had implemented a school-based curriculum, 2) in term of process standard Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana of Widya Sentana PKBM implemented learning methods promoting life-skill education, that was to encourage student to involve in a more active and interactive learning process, 3) the output competency standard was used as the main evaluation guidelines, 4) in terms of standard of teaching and educational staff qualification, Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana had conducted qualification program to improve the qualification level as required, 5) in term of standard of facilities and infrastructure, Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana had already met the requirement, like school buildings, chairs, modules, however the amount of other facilities for practicum needed to be increased in order to optimize the process of learning activities, 6) in term of management standard, an effective, efficient and accountable management of Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) had already been conducted as required, 7) in term of funding system standard, the overall funding of Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana were obtained from National Budgeting (APBN), Local Budgeting (APBD), self supporting fund, and PKBM cooperative, 8) in term of evaluation standard, standard Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana of had already conducted both local-based as well as national-based evaluation program.. Accordingly, it could be concluded that the profile of Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM) Widya Sentana indicated that the requirement of the eight components of the National Educational Standards had been met to improve the optimum quality management of standard Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM).
