- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi pendekatan supervisi klinis secara simultan terhadap wawasan kompetensi pedagogik dan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran para guru di Gugus IV SD Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan.Penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian ini mengikuti rancangan eksperimen Thenon-equivalent postest only control group design.Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh guru yang ada diGugus IV SD KecamatanDenpasar Selatan yang berjumlah 85 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampelnya diambil 60 orang dengan rincian 30 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 30 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen.Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode statistik dengan menggunakan analisis MANOVA satu jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi pendekatan supervisi klinis secara simultan terhadapwawasankompetensi pedagogik dan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran para guru di GugusIV SDKecamatan Denpasar Selatan dengan probabilitas Pillai’s Trance, Wilks’ Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace dan Roy’s Largest Root sebesar 0,000. Dimana didapatkan supervisi klinis lebih baik dari pada supervisi konvensional dalam meningkatkan wawasan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Supervisi Klinis, Wawasan Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of clinical supervision implementation approaches simultaneously to insights the pedagogic competence and quality management of the teacher’s learning in Cluster IV Elementary School, the District of South Denpasar.The research to be done is an experimental research. This study design followed the design of Thenon-equivalent posttest only control group design. In this study population were all of the teachers in Cluster IV Elementary School, the District of South Denpasar, amounting to 85 people. While the number of samples taken 60 people with details of 30 people as a control group and 30 people as a group experiment. Hypothesis testing in this study carried out by statistical methods using one-way MANOVA analysis.The results showed that there is a significant influence implementation of the approachto clinical supervision simultaneously to insights the competence of pedagogic and quality management of the learning of teachers in Cluster IV Elementary School, the District of South Denpasar with probabilities Pillai's Trance, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace and Roy's Largest Root of 0.000. Where to obtain clinical supervision is better than conventional supervision in enhancing pedagogical insight on teachers' competence and quality of learning management.
