- Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui determinasi etos kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus Mayor Metra Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di Gugus Mayor Metra dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi sederhana, analisis regresi, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus Mayor Metra Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, (2) terdapat determinasi pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus Mayor Metra Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, (3) terdapat determinasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus Mayor Metra Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, dan (4) terdapat determinasi secara bersama-sama etos kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus Mayor Metra Kecamatan Denpasar Utara.Kata Kunci : Etos kerja, kinerja guru, motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja This research aims to investigate determination of work ethic, work experience, and work motivation toward teacher’s performance at Mayor Metra Cluster, North Denpasar Sub-district. Population in this research was teachers at Mayor Metra cluster with the sample of 96 people. This was an expost facto research which data were collected using questionnaire and document study. Data were analyzed using simple correlation, regression analysis, and partial correlation. Research results show that; First, there is a determination of work ethic towards teacher’s performance at Mayor Metra cluster, North Denpasar Sub-district. Second, there is a determination of work experience towards teacher’s performance at Mayor Metra cluster, North Denpasar Sub-district. Third, there is a determination of work motivation towards teacher’s performance at Mayor Metra cluster, North Denpasar Sub-district. Fourth, there is a determination among work ethic, work experience and work motivation simultaneously toward teacher’s performance at Mayor Metra cluster, North Denpasar Sub-district.keyword : Teacher’s performance, work ethic, work experience, work motivation
