- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan sikap sosial dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik bermuatan resolusi konflik dengan yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 479 orang dan sampel berjumlah 67 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan posttest contol group design. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sikap sosial dan tes hasil belajar IPS berupa tes pilihan ganda. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan sikap sosial antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik bermuatan resolusi konflik dengan yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional, (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik bermuatan resolusi konflik dengan yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional, (3) secara simultan, terdapat perbedaan sikap sosial dan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik bermuatan resolusi konflik dengan yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa.Kata Kunci : hasil belajar IPS, resolusi konflik, sikap sosial, This research aims to investigate the difference in social attitude and social study learning outcome of fifth grade elementary students of Cluster Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai between students following scientific approach contained with conflict resolution and students following conventional learning model. Research population was 479 students and the sample was 67 students selected by using random sampling technique. This was a quasi-experimental research using posttest control group design. Data in this research were gathered using social attitude questionnaire and multiple choices test for social study learning outcome. Data were analyzed using Manova statistic testing. Research results show that; First, there is a difference in social attitude between students who followed scientific approach contained with conflict resolution and students who followed conventional learning model. Second, there is a difference in social study learning outcome between students who followed scientific approach contained with conflict resolution and students who followed conventional learning model. Third, there is a difference in social attitude and social study learning outcome simultaneously between students who followed scientific approach contained with conflict resolution and students who followed conventional learning model.keyword : conflict resolution, social attitude, social study learning outcome
