PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PKn PADA SISWA KELAS VI GUGUS VII KECAMATAN SUKASADA 2014/2015

  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap keaktifan belajar dan prestasi belajar PKn pada siswa kelas VI Gugus VII Kecamatan Sukasada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 siswa, dan sampel penelitiannya sebanyak 71 siswa. Data keaktifan belajar siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, sedangkan data prestasi belajar PKn dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manova. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan keaktifan belajar antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional, 2) terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar PKn antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional, dan 3) secara bersama-sama, terdapat perbedaan keaktifan belajar dan prestasi belajar PKn antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional.Kata Kunci : keaktifan, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw, prestasi belajar PKn This research attempts to investigate the effect of jigsaw type cooperative learning model towards learning activity and civic education learning achievement of the seventh grade students in Sukasada Subdistrict. Population in this research were 144 students and 71 students were selected as sample. Learning activity data were collected through questionnaire and civic education learning achievement data were collected through a multiple choice test. Data analysis used was one-way MANOVA. The results show that: First, there was a difference in learning activity between students who learned using jigsaw cooperative learning model and students who learned using conventional learning model. Second, there was a difference in civic education learning achievement between students who learned using jigsaw cooperative learning model and students who learned using conventional learning model. Third, there was a difference in learning activity and civic education learning achievement between students who learned using jigsaw cooperative learning model and students who learned using conventional learning model.keyword : civic education learning achievement, jigsaw type cooperative learning model, learning activity
