PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN NUMERIK PADA SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan matematika realistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas V ditinjau dari kemampuan numerik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Post-test Only Control Group Design. Pengumpulan data kemampuan numerik dan hasil belajar menggunakan tes kemampuan numerik dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Siswa yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD di Gugus XIII Kecamatan Buleleng. Data populasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ANAVA dua jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui pendidikan matematika realistik dengan siswa yang mengikuti pendekatan pembelajaran secara konvensional, (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi pendekatan pembelajaran dengan kemampuan numerik terhadap hasil belajar matematika (3) pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik rendah, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti pendidikan matematika realistik dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan konvensional, dan (4) pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik tinggi, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti pendidikan matematika realistik dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan konvensional,. Berdasrkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan Matematika Realistik berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika ditinjau dari Kemampuan Numerik pada Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar di Gugus XIII Kecamatan BulelengKata Kunci : pendidikan matematika realistik, kemampuan numerik, hasil belajar This study aimed to obtain information about the effect of realistic mathematics education toward mathematics learning outcomes in terms of fifth grade numerical ability. This study uses a research design Post - test Only Control Group Design. The data were collected by using numerical ability test and mathematic achievement test. Students were sampled in this study is the Fifth Grade Elementary School Cluster XIII of Buleleng The data were analyzed by using two way-ANOVA. The results showed that: (1) there were significant difference learning outcomes between the students taught by using realistic mathematic and those taught by conventional teaching technique (2) for the students who had a high numeric ability , there were differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes that were taught by realistic mathematics education with those who were taught by the conventional teaching technique (3) for the students who had low numeric ability, there were differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes that were taught by realistic mathematics education with those who were taught by the conventional teaching technique and (4) there were significant interaction effect between the learning approach and mathematics numeric ability toward students' learning outcomes Base on those findings, it can be concluded that the effect of realistic mathematics education toward mathematics learning outcomes in Numerical Ability in the Fifth Grade of Elementary School Cluster XIII of Buleleng.keyword : realistic mathematics education , numerical ability , mathematic learning outcomes
