PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP SIKAP ILMIAH DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS VI SD NOMOR 2 TUBAN

  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran PBLterhadap sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SD Nomor 2 Tuban. Rancangan penelitian ini adalahThe Post Test Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 orang siswa. Sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 66 orang siswa. Data sikap ilmiah dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan data hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manova. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan: 1) sikap ilmiah antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran PBL dengan model konvensional pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas VI SD Nomor 2 Tuban, 2) hasil belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran PBL dengan model konvensional pada pembelajaran IPAsiswa kelas VI SD Nomor 2 Tuban, dan 3) secara simultan, terdapat perbedaan sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran PBL dengan model konvensional pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas VI SD Nomor 2 Tuban. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Model Problem Based Learning terhadap sikap ilmiah dan Hasil Belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SD Nomor 2 Tuban.Kata Kunci : hasil belajar IPA, model pembelajaran PBL, sikap ilmiah This research aims at investigating the effect of problem-based learning model on scientific attitude and science learning achievement of six grade elementary students of SD Nomor 2 Tuban. This research used the Post Test Only Control Group Design. The population was 102 students, while the sample was 66 students of SD 2 Tuban. Scientific attitude data were collected by using questionnaire and science learning achievement data were collected by using multiple choice test. The data were analyzed by using Manova. The result of the research shows that there is significant difference: 1) between scientific attitude of students taking Problem Based Learning method and those taking conventional learning model of students of SD 2 Tuban, 2) science learning achievement of students taking Problem Based Learning method and those taking conventional learning model of students of SD 2 Tuban, and 3) simultaneously, there is difference between scientific attitude and science learning achievement of students taking Problem Based Learning method and those taking conventional learning model of students of SD 2 Tuban. Based on the result, it is concluded that there is a significant effect of problem based learning model on scientific attitude and natural science learning achievement of sith grade students of SD 2 Tuban.keyword : problem-based learning model, scientific attitude, science learning achievement
