  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pada SD di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 59 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, analisis data dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara keterampilan menejerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,453 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 12,3%, 2) ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng. dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,531 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 16,3%, 3) ada kontriubusi yang signifikan antara komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,477 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 14,9%, 4) secara bersama-sama, ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara keterampilan menajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,659 dan kontribusinya sebesar 43,5% terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng.Kata Kunci : : Keterampilan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja Sekolah, dan Komitmen Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru. This study aimed at investigating the contribution of school principle management ability, school political, and teachers’ commitment toward the teachers’ working style at Elementary school in Gugus I Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The design of this research was “ex- post – facto with the total sample 59 teachers. The instruments in this study were questionnaire and observation sheet, the data analyses were regression. The results of this study shows:1) There was a significant contribution of school principle management ability toward teachers’ working style at elementary School in Gugus I Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency with the coefficient correlation was 0,453 and the effectiveness was 12,3%, 2) There was a significant contribution of school political toward the teachers working style at Elementary School in Gugus I Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency with the coefficient correlation was 0,531 and the effectiveness was 16,3%, 3) There was a significant contribution of teachers commitment toward teachers’ working style at Elementary school in Gugus I Sukasada District Buleleng Regency with the coefficient correlation was 0,477 and the effectiveness was 14,9%, 4) In Simultaneous, There was a significant contribution among school Principle management ability, school political and teachers commitment toward teachers working style of Elementary School in Gugus I Sukasada District Buleleng Regency with the coefficient multiple correlation was 0,659 and the contribution was 43,5% toward teachers learning style in Gugus I Sukasada Disrict, Buleleng Regencykeyword : School Principle management ability, School political, and teachers ‘commitment toward teachers working style
