HUBUNGAN PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, ETOS KERJA GURU DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

- Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja guru dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar Negeri di Gugus V, Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 90 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara prilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,325 dan sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 7,15%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,419 dan sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 14,51%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 dan sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 8,64%, 4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar dengan korelasi ganda sebesar 0,550 dan kontribusi sebesar 30,3%. Kata Kunci : perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja guru, budaya organisasi, kinerja guru sekolah dasar This study was aimed at investigating the relationship among school principle leadership, teachers’ teaching ethos and organizational culture toward elementary school teachers’teaching performance at the fifth group of elementary school ( Gugus ) in Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The design of this research was “ex- post – facto.The samples of the study were 90 teachers. The instrument in this study was questionnaire. The data were analysed using simple regression, multiple regressions and partial regression. The results of this study shows:1) There was a significant relationship of school principle leadership toward elementary school teachers’ teaching performance with the coefficient correlation was 0,325 and the effectiveness (SE) was 7,15%, 2) There was a significant relationship of teachers ‘teaching ethos toward elementary school teachers’ teaching performance with the coefficient correlation was 0,419 and the effectiveness (SE)was 14,51%, 3) There was a significant relationship of organizational culture toward elementary school teachers’ teaching performance with the coefficient correlation was 0,346 and the effectiveness (SE) was 8,64%, 4) Simultaneously,there was a significant relationship among school principle leadership, teachers’ teaching ethos, and organizational culture toward Elementary School teachers’ teaching performance with the coefficient correlation was 0,550 and the contribution was 30,3%.keyword : school principle’s leadership, teachers’ teaching ethos, organizational culture, elementary school teachers’ teaching performance
