- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media VCD terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar berbicara Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD CHIS Denpasar melalui eksperimen dengan rancangan Post Test Only Control Group Design. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah siswa kelas V, SD CHIS Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner motivasi belajar, dan rubrik penilaian analitik kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis Manova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media VCD terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD CHIS Denpasar, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media VCD terhadap hasil belajar berbicara Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V SD CHIS Denpasar, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media VCD secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar berbicara Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V SD CHIS Denpasar.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD, media VCD, pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar berbicara, sekolah dasar This research aims to investigate and analyze the effect of the implementation of cooperative learning model VCD-assisted STAD on learning motivation and Bahasa speaking outcome. This research was carried out in SD CHIS Denpasar through experiment with Post Test Only Control Group Design. The subject of the research used as sample was fifth grade elementary students of CHIS Denpasar. Data were collected using learning motivation questionnaire and analytical scoring rubric to assess Bahasa speaking proficiency. Data acquired were analyzed using Manova. The result shows that: 1) There is a significant effect of cooperative learning model VCD-assisted STAD implementation on learning motivation in fifth grade elementary students of CHIS Denpasar, 2) There is a significant effect of cooperative learning model VCD-assisted STAD implementation on Bahasa speaking outcome in fifth grade students SD CHIS Denpasar with, 3) There is a significant effect of cooperative learning model VCD-assisted STAD implementation on learning motivation and Bahasa speaking outcome simultaneously in fifth grade elementary students of CHIS Denpasar.keyword : Cooperative learning model STAD, VCD, Bahasa learning, learning motivation, speaking outcome, elementary school
