  • [Skripsi ini membahas pandangan pemustaka dari beberapa lokasi layanan perpustakaan keliling kantor perpustakaan dan arsip Jakarta timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan supaya kedepannya bisa dikembangkan kembali layanan yang sudah diberikan kepada pemustaka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi partisipan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dalam pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Jakarta Timur diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada. Termasuk pada layanan koleksi, sikap pustakawan, pendaftaran kartu anggota, fasilitas yang ada, jadwal kunjungan, penentuan pos layanan dam promosi layanan.;This thesis discusses about the view of users from some locations bookmobile services office library and archives east Jakarta. This study aims to provide a view of the future could be developed in order to return the services already provided to user. The research is a qualitative study using participant observation method. Results of this study stated that the services provided by the Office of East Jakarta Library and Archives needed further development in accordance with the existing problems.
