dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan derajat kesehatan
masyarakat. Tenaga kefarmasian merupakan salah satu dari tenaga kesehatan yang
berperan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien di Rumah Sakit.
Pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, diatur dan dikelola oleh Instalasi Farmasi
Rumah Sakit (IFRS). Apoteker mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam IFRS,
misalnya melangsungkan pelayanan farmasi yang optimal. Praktek Kerja Profesi
Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada tanggal 01 September – 31 Oktober 2013 di
Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Marinir Cilandak bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan
memahami tugas, peranan, fungsi, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di IFRS Marinir
Cilandak serta mendapatkan wawasan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman
praktis mengenai pekerjaan kefarmasian di RS Marinir Cilandak. Sedangkan
tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah mengidentifikasi Drug Related Problems (DRP)
yang terjadi pada rejimen pengobatan pasien Y di Paviliun Flamboyan Rumah
Sakit Marinir Cilandak secara prospektif melalui rekam medis pada tanggal 04 -
10 Oktober 2013 serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi DRP yang telah
terjadi pada pasien tersebut.;Hospital has a mission of providing quality health care and affordable by the
community in order to improve community health status . Pharmacy personnel is
one of the health professionals who play a role in providing health care to patients
in the hospital . Hospital pharmacy services, regulated and managed by the
