Agama. Gangguan pada sistem informasi ini akan memberikan citra yang negatif
bagi Kementrian Agama yang berimplikasi bahwa pemerintah gagal dalam
mengemban amanat dalam menjalankan Undang-Undang Nomor 34 Tahun 2009.
Faktanya, berdasarkan hasil audit Siskohat tahun 2012 terlihat banyak rencana
strategis yang tidak berjalan baik sebagaimana harusnya berjalan sesuai dengan
Renstra Ditjen PHU 2010-2014. Hal ini menjadi dasar untuk meneliti faktor apa
saja yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi Siskohat.
Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model gabungan Delone &
Mclean dan model Technology Acceptance Modeling (TAM) yang disesuaikan
dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya dan objek studi penelitian. Model
pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan
teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dibantu dengan tools software
LISREL.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah model sukses sistem informasi Siskohat. Faktor-faktor
yang ditemukan mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi Siskohat adalah System
Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Percieved easy of Use, Perceived
Usefulness, User Satisfaction dan Net benefit., Siskohat is a strategic information system and vital for the Ministry of Religious
Affairs. Disturbances in this information system will give a negative image for the
Ministry of Religious Affairs which implies that the government has failed in
undertaking to carry out the Act No. 34 of 2009. However, based on the results of
the audit of Siskohat in 2012, seen many strategic plan did not implement as well
as it should be run in accordance with the Strategic Plan 2010-2014 of Ditjen
PHU. This became the basis for examining the factors that influence the
successful implementation of Siskohat.
The model used in this study is a combined model of DeLone & Mclean and
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is adjusted with previous studies
and the object of research studies. Data collection using questionnaire techniques.
Processing data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted with LISREL
8.7.
The research result is a successful model of information system of Siskohat. Some
factors that influence the implementation success of Siskohat are System Quality,
Information Quality, Service Quality, Percieved Easy of Use, Perceived
