- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> lnfeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah penyakit umum pada masyarakat Pada penyelenggaraan haji Indonesia. ISPA dikelompokkan dalam penyakit saluran pemapasan yang menempati urteri pertama dalam tiga tahun terakhir dangan proporsi >50% dari total rontak medis. !SPA mengurangi kualitas nilai p 0,000, OR:0,58, 95%Cl:0,502-0,681. Kota pembagian (Mald<ah) dengan nilai p:O,OOO, OR:2,11, 95%CI: 1,760-2,530. Disarankan agar diselenggarakan upaya pcmeliharaan Kesehatan yang menjangkau seluruh calon haji semenjak masa persiapan, disertai dengan pcningkatan pembudayaan perilaku sehat dan kemampuan mengakses sarana Kesehatan secara mudah. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu dilakukan dengan perubahan variabel yang dipandang perlu. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Acute Respiratory Tract infection (ARTI) commonly suffered by penple. Quality of live and productivity will be reduced by ARTI. Needed study for analyzed and evaluate the preventing effort on hajj health services. Suggested to operate and provide the health services for all of Hajj-candidate on pre-travelling preparation, with a special program to build a good behavior for maintain health status and increase access ability for medical services.
