Salah satu upaya yang dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Bogor adalah penggantian secara bertahap dan terprogram penggunaan angkutan kota dengan kapasitas lebih besar yaitu Bus Trans Pakuan dengan ditetapkannya Peraturan Daerah Kota Bogor Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 tentang Perusahaan Daerah Jasa Transportasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam bidang transportasi.
Keberlangsungan operasional Bus Trans Pakuan tergantung kepada jumlah pengguna jasanya oleh karena itu tesis ini mengkaji kesediaan dan kerelaan pengguna jasa dalam membayar tarif (willingness to pay (WTP)) Bus Trans Pakuan dan apakah produksi jasa angkutan yang disediakan oleh pengusaha, kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan, maksud perjalanan dan pendapatan pengguna jasa berhubungan terhadap nilai WTP yang dipilih oleh pengguna jasa Bus Trans Pakuan.
Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi Metode Valuasi Kontingensi yang secara langsung menanyakan kesediaan dan kerelaan pengguna jasa dalam membayar tarif (WTP) dengan metode tawar menawar (bidding game) Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis crosstab (tabulasi silang) untuk mengetahui hubungan pengguna jasa dalam menentukan besaran nilai WTP yang dipilih.
Setelah metode analisis tersebut dilaksanakan, maka diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa ada hubungan antara maksud perjalanan, kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan dan pendapatan responden yang dilakukan responden dengan menggunakan Bus Trans Pakuan dengan pilihan dalam menetapkan besaran WTP dan didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata estimasi nilai WTP pengguna jasa adalah Rp. 3.675 dengan WTP yang dipilih paling banyak pada WTP1 dengan nilai Rp.2000 sampai Rp.4000 yaitu sebanyak 80%.
......Based on the mandate of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia year 1945, road transport plays a strategic role to support the development and national integration of efforts to promote the general welfare. One of the efforts undertaken to resolve problems of traffic and road transport in the city of Bogor, gradually replaces the use of urban transport programmed with larger transportation (Bus Trans Pakuan) with the stipulation of Regulation Bogor City Number 5 of 2007 on the Perusahaan Daerah Jasa Transportasi aimed aimed at improving service in the field of public transportation.
Trans Pakuan operational continuity depends on the number of service users, this thesis will examine the readiness and willingness to pay for the Trans Pakuan service user rates and whether the production of transport services provided by the company, the quality and quantity of service, purpose travel and income related to the WTP values of the service users selected by the Trans Pakuan user service.
Method of data collection be done through the study of the contingency valuation method that directly ask for willingness and readiness of service users to pay tariff (WTP) by the method of bidding games.
In this study, used methods of descriptive analysis and crosstab analysis (cross tabulation) to determine the service user relationships in determining the value of the selected WTP.
After the method of analysis has been implemented, results that there is a relationship between the income of the respondents, quality and quantity of services and travel would mean that respondents made using buses Trans Pakuan with options to determine the amount of the WTP, and found that the average estimated value of WTP service user is Rp. 3675 with the selected WTP at least WTP1 value Rp.2000 until Rp.4000 in the amount of 80% of Respondent.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20236979</identifier><recordID>20236979</recordID></dc>
