Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, serta manajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran dengan standar National Fire Protection Association, Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif dengan metode observasional yaitu melihat secara langsung sistem proteksi kebakaran, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, dan melakukan telaah dokumen mengenai manajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran di gedung Direktorat Pengembangan Mutu Barang (PMB). Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, serta manajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran belum seluruhnya memenuhi standar., This research is about the application of active and passive protection system,means of escape, and fire emergency response management at Direktorat Pengembangan Mutu Barang (PMB). The purpose of this research is to determine the suitability of active and passive protection systems, means of escape, and fire emergency management compare to standard National Fire Protection Association, Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum and Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum. This research use descriptive design with the observational method through observation of fire protection system, means of escape and document review about fire emergency response management at Direktorat Pengembangan Mutu Barang (PMB).
