- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Kabupaten Tasikmalaya merupakan salah satu yang ditur;juk sebagai daerah pelaksana program PKH. Kewajiban Peserta PKH adalah membawa anak usia 0-6 tabun ke fasilitas kesebatan untuk melakakan pemantauan tumbuh kembang, imunisasi dan vitamin A. Sedangkan untuk ibu hamil, harus memeriksakan kehamilan, pertolongan persalinan dan kunjungan nifas ke fasiJitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan alat pemantauannya beropa verifikasL Sistem verifikasi program PKH selama ini belum ada atau belum bexjatan. Disamping itu terdapat masalah lain, yait.u beJum terintegrasinya sistem pcncatatan dan peJaporan program keschatan ibu dan anaperbaikan gizi dan imunisasi di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini ber:!ujuan mewujudkan rancang,an sistem infonnasi manajemen program kesehatan ibu dan anak untuk mendukung vedfdcasi program kcluarga harapan di tingkat Puskesmas. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah operasional design dengan pendekatan incremental model. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilokukan dengan cara mempelajari berkas pencatatan dan pelaporan serta telaah dokumen. Data primer dldapat dengan cara wawancara rnendalam (indepth interview). Seluruh data yang diperlukan untuk indikator program keluarga harapan terdapat dalam kohor ibu dan anak yang hemsal dari Bidan dan Posyandu, sehingga dengan memperkuat sistem informasi program kesehatan ibu dan anak di tingkat Puskesmas maka seluruh informasi keberhasilan PK.H kesehatan dapat diketahui. Prototype yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan indikator program sesuai dengan standar pe1ayanan minimal serta dapat mendukung kebutuhan data primer verifikasi PKH kesehatan. namun prototype tersebut baru <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Tasikmalaya Regency is one of the areas designated as Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) implementers. The primary data obtained by in-depth interviews The mother and child cohort derived from the midwife and Posyandu contain a the data needed of PKH indicator's, so by strengthen the system information management of maternal and child health programs at the public health ;;enter level so gained PKH success information can be known.
