Karena itu, perusahaan penyedia jasa pelayaran harus mampu untuk merancang jaringan logistik maritim Indonesia yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi maritim saat ini dan memberikan keuntungan terbesar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model pengambilan keputusan di setiap tingkatan (strategic, tactical, operational) dengan menentukan jenis kapal, rute pelayaran, dan alokasi kargo yang memberikan keuntungan maksimum. Dengan menggunakan Mixed Integer Programming, penelitian ini dapat memecahkan kombinasi dari ketiga permasalahan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkannya model pengambilan keputusan perancangan jaringan logistik maritim di setiap tingkatan (strategic, tactical, operational) untuk menentukan jenis kapal, rute pelayaran, dan alokasi kargo secara bersamaan &lt;hr&gt; &lt;b&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt; The imbalance of distribution of the flow of goods from western and eastern regions of Indonesia and sea transport infrastructure in Indonesia who have not served effectively, causing an increase in logistics costs and differences in commodity prices in the western region and eastern Indonesia. Therefore, the provider of shipping services should be able to design the Indonesian maritime logistics network that best suits with the current maritime conditions and provide the greatest benefits. This study aims to obtain a model of decision-making at all levels (strategic, tactical, operational) to determine the type of vessel, the shipping routes, and cargo allocation that gives the maximum profit. By using Mixed Integer Programming, this research may solve a combination of these problems.
