Hasil pengamatan pada proyek pembangunan jalan, pekerjaan tanah merupakan faktor penentu dan sangat berpengaruh pada kelancaran pekerjaan berikutnya. Apabila kita amati bahwa nilai pekerjaan tanah pada proyek pembangunan jalan bebasa hambatan rata-rata berkisar antara 5 % - 15% dari nilai total proyek pada kondisi ini mutlak diperlukan dukungan peralatan berat untuk menunjang percepatan pelaksanaan proyek maka efektivitas maupun efisiensi peralatan menjadi sangat penting apalagi didukung dengan konfigurasi peralatan yang tepat.
Pada penelitian ini, konfigurasi peralatan yang digunakan adalah Excavator, Dump Truck, Motor Grader dan Vibrator Roller. Dari data-data penelitian dapat diketahui produktivitas aktual masing-masing alat, sehingga hasil analisisnya setelah dibandingkan dengan produktivitas rata-rata teoritis diperoleh Faktor Operasi. Dalam perhitungan harga satuan pekerjaan tanah selain faktor operasi juga harus memperhitungkan nilai tukar dollar, harga bahan bakar, upah operator dan inflasi.
Manfaat hasil studi ini adalah menentukan perencanaan keseimbangan konfigurasi alat untuk pekerjaan tanah dan diharapkan dapat berguna untuk perencanaan biaya sampai dengan prediksi kontrak ke depan.

Equipment Plan on Earth Work Considering On Productivity and Cost Equipment Case Study of J.O.R.R Section S ProjectInfrastructure development is intended to exchange regional development process that affecting social economics growth as will as accelerating transportation flow production centre to market area.
As an observation results on highway construction project show that earthwork decisive factor and have significant influence on the flow of the next process of work The observation review shows that the earthwork on highway construction project has value average, within 5 % - 15 % of total project amount in this condition the heavy equipment is needed to accelerate project completion, hence the effectively and efficiency of equipment become highly important, especially if supported by right plan configuration.
In this study, we use plant configuration of excavator, dump truck, motor grader and vibrator roller some research could show the actual productivity of each equipment, hence the analysis result after being compared with the average theoretical productivity will give the operations factor.
On the calculation of unit price of earth work includes the operation's factor, as will as dollar exchange rate, fuel rate, operator's wages and monetary inflation.
Benefit from this study is to decide the balance configuration equipment plant on earth work, and hopefully can be use to make cost analysis for the next contract project.</description><identifier>http://lontar.ui.ac.id/detail?id=73113</identifier><recordID>73113</recordID></dc>
