- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Distribusi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting untuk menjamin ketersediaan produk farmasi di Indonesia. Proses distribusi memfasilitasi pergerakan produk mulai dari industri farmasi yang memproduksi hingga sampai ke konsumen. Proses distribusi obat harus memenuhi ketentuan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). Selain itu, apabila Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) bertindak sebagai penyalur alat kesehatan maka harus memenuhi Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB). Apoteker perlu untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinya sehingga dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam bidang distribusi yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Mahasiswa calon apoteker mengikuti Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang bertujuan agar mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF dan PAK, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF dan PAK, memahami penerapan CDOB di PBF dan CDAKB di PAK, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF dan PAK. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari mulai tanggal 29 Oktober hingga 9 November 2018. Berdasarkan hasil Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dapat disimpulkan peran apoteker di PBF dan PAK adalah sebagai penanggung jawab teknis yang memiliki tugas menyusun, memastikan dan mempertahankan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu di fasilitas distribusi. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Distribution is one of the important activities to ensure the availability of pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. The distribution process facilitates the movement of products from the pharmaceutical industry up to consumers. The drug distribution process must implement the Good Distribution Practices (GDP). In addition, if a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (PBF) acts as a distributor of medical devices, it must implement the Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices. Pharmacists need to continue to improve their competencies so that they can carry out pharmaceutical work in the distribution field in accordance with the laws and regulations. Pharmacist students follow the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) which aims to be able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work at Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, and understanding application of GDP in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler. PKPA is held at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from 29 October to 9 November 2018. Based on the results of the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, it can be concluded that the role of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler is in charge of having the task of creating, ensuring and maintaining the implementation of a quality management system in distribution facilities.
