- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Skripsi ini membahas tentang masalah pengelolaan rekam medis lansia pada Program Santun Lansia di UPTD Puskesmas Pondok Gede, Bekasi. Tujuan dari skripsi ini ialah merancang sistem informasi rekam medis bagi lansia yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang valid, lengkap, dan tepat waktu serta untuk mendukung peningkatan pelayanan bagi lansia di UPTD Puskesmas Pondok Gede Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi rekam medis lansia yang dapat diterapkan di UPTD Puskesmas Pondok Gede Kota Bekasi. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis studies about matters which happen in elderly medical record management at Elderly Assist Program in Pondok Gede Community Health Center, Bekasi. The purpose of this thesis is designing information system of medical record for elderly that can be used to produce valid, complete, and on time information and also to support care upgrading for elderly in Pondok Gede Community Health Center, Bekasi. This research used qualitative research method. Result of this research information system of Elderly Medical Record which can be used in Pondok Gede Community health center, Bekasi.
