- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penerapan metode penugasan tim di RSUD Bekasi telah dilakukan sejak tahun 2004, sedangkan hasil audit kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan sebesar 74,4% (2006) dan 78,9% (2007). Tujuan penelitian ini diperoleh hubungan penerapan metode penugasan tim dan karakteristik perawat terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan di RSUD Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 106 perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap RSUD Bekasi, kemudian diambil 89 sampel, sedangkan populasi rekam medik sebanyak 151 rekam medik, diambil 120 sampel, yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data penerapan metode penugasan tim menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan pengumpulan data kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan menggunakan lembar tilik instrumen evaluasi penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit (Depkes, 2005). Hasil analisis menunjukkan sebagian besar perawat pelaksana menyatakan penerapan metode penugasan tim kurang baik (65,5%) yang terdiri dari pembagian tugas, pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan, komunikasi, supervisi, koordinasi dan pendelegasian tugas, sedangkan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan sebagian besar dalam katagori lengkap (57,3%). Supervisi mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan dan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan sebagai masukan bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan melalui pelaksanaan supervisi secara kontinue, penyelenggaraan pelatihan supervisi kepada perawat supervisor dan pelatihan dokumentasi keperawatan kepada perawat pelaksana, pemberian penghargaan kepada perawat supervisor dan perawat pelaksana yang mempunyai kinerja baik dalam melakukan dokumentasi keperawatan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Applying method of team assignation at RSUD in Bekasi has been done since 2004, while audit result nursing documentation equipment was 74,4% (in 2006) and 78,9% (in 2007). Purpose of this research was to get relation between applying method of team assignation and equipment of nursing documentation at RSUD in Bekasi. This research is a quantitative using correlation descriptive by a cross sectional design. These research pupolations were 106 associate nurses who work at inpatient room of RSUD in Bekasi, and then it was taken 89 samples, while populations of medical record were 151 people, in which taken 120 sampels that was determined by technique of proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument of collecting data in applying method of team assignation used a questionaire, while collecting data of nursing documentation equipment used an instrument observing sheet of applying evaluation nursing care standard at hospital. (Health Departement, 2005). Analysis result indicated most of nurses expressed applying method of team assignation was not good yet (duty division, implementation of nursing care, communication, supervision, coordination and duty delegation), while most of nursing documentation equipment was complete. Supervision has a meaning relationship with nursing documentation equipment and it is a dominant variable which effects nursing documentation equipment. Implication of this research can improve the quality of nursing care and as an input for hospital management to improve nursing documentation equipment by continuing supervision, training supervision for supervisor nurse and nursing documentation for associate nurse, rewarding for supervisor nurse and associate nurse who apply well the nursing documentation.
