  • <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Sistem listrik pra bayar memiliki kelemahan yaitu proses pengisian pulsa listrik harus dilakukan secara langsung melalui keypad di meter listrik pra bayar. Dalam penelitian ini diajukan sebuah perancangan dan pembuatan sistem monitoring dan pengisian token pulsa listrik pra bayar. Telah dibuat sebuah interface yang menghubungkan KWh meter listrik pra bayar dengan jaringan wifi menggunakan mikrokontroller, photodiode dan modul wifi. Juga telah dibuat sebuah web dan mobile application untuk melakukan monitoring dan pengisian pulsa listrik ke KWh meter melalui jaringan internet. Dari hasil pengujian, pengisian token pulsa listrik melalui aplikasi memiliki tingkat keberhasilan pengiriman token sebesar 85%. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The prepaid electricity meter system has a weakness in which the recharging process has to be done directly using keypad embedded on the prepaid electricity meter. In this research, we proposed a design and manufacture a monitoring and recharging system of prepaid electricity meter. In this system has created an interface that connects prepaid electricity meters to wifi network using a microcontroller, a photodiode and a wifi module. Also has created a web and mobile application for monitoring and recharging of prepaid electricity meter through the internet. From the testing, recharging electricity pulses through the application has a success rate of 85% .
