- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Implementasi BIM pada tahap perancangan desain konstruksi pada Developer. Penggunaan BIM ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan konstruksi dan meminimalisir kesalahan pada tahap konstruksi serta agar perencanaan proyek lebih efisien lagi. Penelitian ini dilihat dari sudut pandang Developer pada proyek yang mengimplementasikan BIM dan proyek yang tidak mengimplementasikan BIM dengan cara wawancara mendalam. Setelah dilakukan penelitian; didapatkan bahwa banyak sekali perbedaan pada proses perancangan desain dimulai dari tahap pre-design, schematic design dan design development. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This Skripsi discusses the implementation of BIM in the design stage to the construction design Developer. The use of BIM is expected to facilitate construction and minimize errors during the construction phase as well as in order to more efficient project planning. This study from the standpoint of Developer on projects that implement BIM and BIM projects that are not implemented by way of in-depth interviews. After doing research; found that many differences in the design process starting from the design stage of pre-design, schematic design and design development.
