- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari iklim organisasi dan keadilan prosedural terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi. Penyimpangan perilaku produksi menimbulkan berbagai jenis biaya yang sangat besar bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. di Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 163 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari iklim organisasi terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi, sedangkan keadilan prosedural tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The aim of this study was to investigate the influences of organizational climate and procedural justice towards production deviance behavior. The importance to study about organizational misbehavior is the costs, both direct and indirect costs, for this kind of behavior is high. This research locates in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in Jakarta. The respondent for this research are 163 employees. The results of this research shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and production deviance behavior. This research also does not necessarily support the claim that procedural justice has a significant relationship to production deviance behavior.;;
