- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) merupakan pertolongan pertama yang diberikan pada korban dengan kegawatdaruratan medis yang dapat terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja, termasuk di area layanan kereta commuter line. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dan motivasi dengan efikasi diri BHD petugas kereta commuter line, khususnya Petugas Keamanan Dalam (PKD) tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah PKD di area sarana layanan kereta commuter line. Sampel yang diambil adalah PKD lintas Jakarta ? Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas (52,8%) persepsi responden buruk dan mayoritas motivasi (54,4%) rendah, serta mayoritas (55,2%) efikasi diri BHD rendah. Analisis bivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dan motivasi dengan efikasi diri responden, sehingga harus dilakukan intervensi guna meningkatkan persepsi, motivasi dan efikasi diri BHD responden. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br>Basic Life Support (BLS) is first aid that given on the victim with a medical emergency that can happen anywhere and anytime, including in a service area commuter line train. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of perception and motivation to self-efficacy BLS officer commuter line train, in particular Internal Security Officer (PKD) in 2016. This study used cross sectional design. The population of this research is PKD in the area of services commuter line train. Samples taken are PKD across Jakarta - Bogor. The results showed the majority (52.8%) of respondents have bad perception and majority motivation (54.4%) is low, and the majority (55.2%) BLS self-efficacy is low. The bivariate analysis showed an association between the perception and motivation with selfefficacy of respondents, so that intervention is a must to improve the BLS perception, motivation and self-efficacy respondents.
