- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tujuan utama dari tesis ini adalah melihat hubungan diferensiasi dan konsistensi minat karir dengan kematangan karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah subyek sebanyak 222 orang siswa SMA kelas X di Jakarta. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Development Inventories dan Self Directed Search. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara diferensiasi minat dengan kematangan karir. Konsistensi minat karir ditemukan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kematangan karir siswa. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The main purpose of this research is to look at the relationship of Holland interest differentiation, interest consistency and career maturity. This research used a quantitative approach with total sample 222 first grade high school student in Jakarta. Data collection process is gathered by using Career Development Inventories and Self Directed Search questionnaire. The study result showed that interest differentiation has a positive and significant relationship with career maturity.
