- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan yang cenderung bebas dan beresiko mempunyai dampak yang buruk bagi kesehatan masyakat perkotaan, salah satunya yaitu seks bebas. Seks bebas yang terjadi pada masyarakat perkotaan mengakibatkan masalah seperti penyakit menular seksual. Pengobatan penyakit menular seksual diantaranya yaitu dengan proses operasi. Proses operasi pada pasien dapat menyebabkan ansietas (cemas). Ansietas merupakan perasaan tidak nyaman atau kekhawatiran yang samar yang dialamu oleh seseorang. Intervensi keperawatan ansietas pada pasien bedah dapat diberikan melalui seperti teknik relaksasi nafas dalam, distraksi, spiritual, dan edukasi. Latihan mengontrol ansietas dengan berbagai cara dapat menurunkan dan mengontrol ansietas pada pasien dengan rencana operasi. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Urban society, which has free and high-risk lifestyle, has bad impacts for their selves. One of bad impacts that are caused by urban society lifestyle is free-sex. Free-sex causes many problems and the main problem is sexual disease. Operation procedure is the common method to cure the sexual disease patient, yet it makes an anxiety in patient's feeling. Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling or a vague fears that patient is felt. Anxiety nursing intervention in surgical patient can be given through deep-breathing relaxation technique, spiritual and education.
