- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi E procurement pada Unit Layanan Pengadaan ULP Kementerian Agama Pusat apakah sudah memenuhi standar standar good governance Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus Data penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer wawancara dan observasi serta data sekunder dokumen dan bahan audio visual Indikator good governance dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi masyarakat tegaknya supremasi hukum transparansi peduli pada stakeholders berorientasi pada konsensus kesetaraan efektivitas dan efisiensi akuntabilitas serta visi strategis Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e procurement yang diimplementasikan oleh ULP Kementerian Agama Pusat memenuhi standar Good Governance meskipun sebagian elemen efisiensi dan peduli pada stakeholder kurang memenuhi standar. <hr> <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> This study aimed to analyze the implementation of E procurement in Procurement Services Unit ULP of the Ministry of Religious Center whether if it meets the standards of good governance This study used a case study qualitative approach using the primary interviews and observation and secondary documents and audio visual data Indicators of good governance is the participation of the society rule of law transparency care for the stakeholders consensus oriented equality effectiveness and efficiency accountability and strategic vision This result indicate that e procurement meets the standards of good governance although some elements of efficiency and care for the stakeholders are not.
