- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas model Integrated Care Pathway (ICP) perawatan pasien dengan penyalahgunaan NAPZA putus zat opioid sebagai salah satu kasus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koordinasi, komunikasi, kesinambungan dan kolaborasi pelayanan pasien putus zat opioid belum berjalan optimal yang melibatkan berbagai unsur disiplin keilmuan pada pelayanan yang diberikan. Model ICP yang diusulkan agar dikembangkan kembali dengan melibatkan berbagai multi disiplin ilmu yang terlibat di dalam pelayanan pasien dengan penyalahgunaan NAPZA putus zat opioid di RSKO Jakarta melalui sebuah kegiatan FGD yang melibatkan lebih banyak tenaga kesehatan yang terkait dengan layanan sehingga dapat menghasilkan ICP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis discusses the model of Integrated Care Pathway (ICP) treatment of patients with drug abuse of opioid withdrawal as one case. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive design. The results show coordination, communication, and collaboration continuity of patient care opioid withdrawal has not run optimally involving various elements of scientific disciplines on the service provided. ICP models are proposed for re-developed with the involvement of a variety of multi-disciplines involved in the care of patients with drug abuse of opioid withdrawal in RSKO Jakarta through an FGD activities that involve more health workers associated with the service so that it can produce the ICP in accordance with the requirements .
