Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi serta penarikan informan dengan purposif sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan CSR PT. Krakatau Steel dalam Program Kemitraan memberikan saran kepada mitra binaannya untuk membentuk koperasi. Pelaksanaan pembentukan Koperasi Pedagang Pasar Cilegon (KPPC), serta membahas faktor-faktor pendorong dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembentukan KPPC. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The focus of this study is the Implementation of cooperative formation as a means of partners in partnership program corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) PT .
