Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Pertamina RU IV Cilacap telah menunjukkan azaz kepatuhan terhadap Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007, namun di dalam pengimplementasian program CSR yang dilaksanakan oleh Pertamina RU IV Cilacap kurang mampu menciptakan dimensi justice, khususnya bagi komunitas sebagai stakeholder terdampak hal ini terlihat dari kurang tercapainya distributive welfare, dengan ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa prinsip Human Rights di dalam ISO 26000 kurang mampu tercapai dengan baik. Dan terkait dengan dimensi equality dapat dinyatakan tidak terimplementasi dengan baik karena tidak adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan, apabila dikaitkan dengan prinsip community involvement and development maka peningkatan kualitas hidup dapat terpenuhi, namun kreativitas masyarakat yang menjadi faktor terciptanya masyarakat yang berdaya dan mandiri. &lt;hr&gt; &lt;b&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;This study discusses about how performance of justice and equality related to Human Rights and Community Involvement &amp; Development as a principles of ISO 26000 in the CSR implementation of Pertamina RU IV Cilacap. Qualitative method was used in this study. The result of this study show that Pertamina RU IV Cilacap had been implemented their commitment about social responsible based on Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007. But, the justice is less capable which also show on the human rights as a principle of ISO 26000, because the CSR implementation is not reach distributive welfare for the primary stakeholders of Pertamina RU IV Cilacap. And about the equality and Community Involvement &amp; Development as a principles of ISO 26000 had been reached. But, the factor that is not because of the training and mentoring of Pertamina RU IV Cilacap, but the creativity of the people who created improvement the quality of life</description><subject/><identifier>20403044</identifier><source>http://lib.ui.ac.id/file?file=digital/2015-10/20403044-S58049-Laraswulan Dwitiya.pdf</source><recordID>20403044</recordID></dc>
