- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor risiko di tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi pada proyek EPC yang berpengaruh kepada kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi sering kali terjadi dalam suatu proyek, hal ini berdampak pada bertambahnya biaya overhead proyek akibat usaha untuk mempercepat pekerjaan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu perhatian khusus untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pada proyek konstruksi dengan menemukan faktor risiko yang menyebabkan keterlambatan yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu proyek. Setelah menemukan faktor-faktor utama, maka dapat dilakukan strategi pengendalian risiko tersebut agar dapat diminimalisir sehingga proyek dapat berjalan sesuai perencanaan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This study discusses the risk factors in the implementation phase of construction on EPC projects that affect the performance of the project implementation time. Delays in construction projects often occur in a project, it results in more overhead due to efforts to accelerate project work. Therefore, special attention to determine the cause of delays in construction projects to find risk factors that cause time delays that affect the performance of the project. After finding the key factors, then the control strategy can be done in order to minimize these risks so that the project can go according to plan.
