- [Kecamatan Babelan merupakan salah satu daerah peng hasil minyak bumi dan gas di Kabupaten Bekasi. Masuknya industri migas Pe rtamina EP ke Kecamatan Babelan, khususnya pada daerah-daerah di wilayah op erasional ring I, menyebabkan perubahan terhadap keadaan sosial dan e konomi daerah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan dikaji mengenai bagaimana pengaruh positif industri migas Pertamina EP terhadap sosial ekonomi yang diu kur dari penyerapan tenaga kerja, pembangunan fasilitas umum dari CSR Pertamin a EP, dan pertumbuhan industri di wilayah operasional ring I di Kecamatan Babelan yang akan di analisis secara deskriptif spasial. Pada penelitian ini, aka n dilihat pola keruangan yang terbentuk sebagai pengaruh dari adanya kegiatan ind ustri migas Pertamina EP, yaitu semenjak Pertamina EP aktif melakukan kegiata n produksi hingga saat ini pada masing-masing region yang ada. Secara umum, ha sil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola sebaran dari pengaruh positif Pertamina EP pada wilayah operasional I menunjukkan pola yang berbeda. Distribusi penyerapa n tenaga kerja lokal, pembangunan fasilitas umum dari CSR Pertamina EP, d an pertumbuhan industri cenderung beraglomerasi pada pusat kegiatan industr i migas Pertamina EP. Adapun konsentrasi paling banyak terdapat pada jang kauan terdekat dari Pusat Pertamina EP yaitu sejauh 0-3 Km. , Babelan Subdistrict is one of area which have oil a nd gas industry in Bekasi. The entry of the oil and gas industry Pertamina EP to B abelan, especially in the areas of operational I, causing changes to the social and economic condition of the area. This research will assess about the positive influe nce of Pertamina EP to the socio-economic development in the operational area in District Babelan ring I. To compare the effect that occurs in each region in th e operational area ring I, shall be measured from the distribution of the number of local employment to Pertamina EP, the distribution of the number of soc ial facilities development of CSR programs Pertamina EP, and the distribution of the number of economic development activities since Pertamina EP successfu lly produce oil and gas. It will be analyzed by descriptive spatial method. In general, the results showed that the distribution pattern of positive effects on the operational area of Pertamina EP I show a different pattern. Distribution of local e mployment, public facilities construction of CSR Pertamina EP, the growing of in dustries in the operational area I concentrically near the center of Pertamina EP oil and gas activities. The contentration is in range 0-3 Km from center of Per tamina EP. ]
