- Tugas Karya Akhir (TKA) ini mencoba mengkaji seberapa jauh upaya pencegahan korupsi oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), khususnya dalam menumpas akar masalah korupsi yang sesuai dengan filosofi dari salah satu strategi pencegahan kejahatan, yakni social crime prevention. Tugas Karya Akhir (TKA) ini sekaligus mencoba untuk melihat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam menerapkan social crime prevention, dan memberikan rekomendasi agar social crime prevention dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk terbaik. <hr><i>This final paper try to analyze actions taken by the Indonesia‟s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as main institution who has an authority to prevent corruption in Indonesia. This final paper use philosophy from one of the crime prevention strategy, namely social crime prevention. This final paper also trying to look at the obstacles faced by the Indonesia‟s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), and give a recommendation to Indonesia‟s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) so that social crime prevention can be implemented at the finest form.</i>
