- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Tenaga Pendamping pada Program PUMP-PB tahun 2012 di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas pelaksanaan peran Tenaga Pendamping. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, diketahui bahwa Tenaga Pendamping melaksanakan seluruh peran yang dikemukakan Ife, namun belum optimal. Kapasitas Tenaga Pendamping merupakan permasalahan utama yang harus diselesaikan. Pembentukan kemandirian masyarakat sebagai tujuan program pemberdayaan belum tercapai. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This study aimed to determine the roles of outreach workers on PUMP-PB Program year 2012 in the District of Bogor. The research is a qualitative descriptive design. The research is also to determine the factors that influences the effectiveness of outreach workers roles. Based on the results of the research through in-depth interviews and observations, its known that outreach workers have been performed all the roles mentioned by Ife, but it?s implementation are not optimal. The outreach worker capacity is the main obstacles to be solved.
