- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas tentang penetapan posisi dan penentuan strategi Badan Rumah Sakit Umum Tabanan dalam pengembangan poliklinik sore. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian operasional dengan analisis data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis situasi menganalisis peluang-ancaman, kekuatan-kelemahan dan penetapan posisi BRSU Tabanan menggunakan matriks TOWS dan matriks IE. Kesimpulan pada penelitian menetapkan posisi BRSU Tabanan pada Future Quadrant pada matrik TOWS dan pada sel II pada matriks IE. Dengan menggunakan QSPM, poliklinik penyakit dalam sebagai prioritas poliklinik sore yang akan dikembangkan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis discussed the determination of the position and the determination of strategies Tabanan General Hospital in developing the afternoon polyclinics. This was an operational research with the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. By using situation analysis to analyze opportunities-threats, strengths-weaknesses and determination position of the Tabanan General Hospital using TOWS matrix and IE matrix . Conclusions on the research establish the position on the Future Quadrant of the Tabanan General Hospital on TOWS matrix and the second cell on the matrix IE.
